For the past 5 years, various innovative solutions have been developped to bring digital technology to places where it is not available. The 'digital travellers' started off first in city districts and then went on to rural areas (since 2017). With this transversal project, the association 'Bibliothèques Sans Frontières' (Library without Borders) achieves it's aim, by training digital carers and equipping them with its educational resources. Thanks to a digital and collaborative library with more than 200 free resources, the Digital Travellers have established themselves as a key player in digital mediation in France.
